How do I upload my resume?

Tap the "Upload Resume" button on the home screen and select a PDF file from your device. We'll automatically extract the text and parse your resume information.

Why can't I fetch jobs from LinkedIn or Indeed?

LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter block automated fetching. Instead, copy the entire job page content (Select All → Copy) and paste it in the "Paste" tab. Our AI will extract the job details automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find ReadyRez, and tap "Cancel Subscription." You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Find the ReadyRez purchase and select "Request a Refund."

How do I delete my account and data?

To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at support@readyrez.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We'll process your request within 30 days.

Is my resume data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Your resume data is stored securely and protected by row-level security policies ensuring only you can access your data.
